Milk (any type is fine, but whole milk is best) 1-2 tsp. Vanilla Extract or other flavoring 1/2 - 1 c. Sugar Take your large bowl of snow and stir the snow around a bit to fluff it up. Now quickly stir in just enough milk to make the right consistency of ice cream. Start with about 1/2 cup and keep going until you have enough to make the snow creamy. If you add too much milk and it becomes runny, just add some more snow. Then stir in a little vanilla and sugar, and Viola, you've got yourself some homemade snow ice cream! You can also add some other flavoring such as chocolate or strawberry syrup if desired, but I recommend having it plain at least the first time, it just tastes more snowy that way. The snow ice cream can be put in the freezer and saved for later, but it's best served immediately. An old-fashioned treat to make when the snow is fresh and clean. #7 Ingredients 3 cups loose clean snow 2 tbsp. milk 1/4 cup sugar 1 tsp. vanilla extract Instructions Mix all the ingredients, sample the result, and add more sugar and vanilla extract to taste. Snow ice cream recipe #8 1 gallon of snow 1 cup of sugar 1 spoon of vanilla extract 2 cups of whole milk Directions 1) Use a clean container to collect snow flakes while it' snowing. If you want to make it quickly, just scoop some snow from the ground. ( don't use YELLOW SNOW !! ) scrape off top layer and use the snow in the middle, don't get to close to the ground !! 2) Take freshly collected snow home, add sugar and vanilla, stir everything to make it even, then pour in milk and continue stirring to make it look like ice cream. 3) Use it right away.
